An Update from Treemeister May 2025

Happy May Long Weekend! Hope you are enjoying the 1st long weekend of the season,
We just wanted to communicate a bit with you all to let you know the lay of the land so to speak.
Rick is still at it, still working by himself and still VERY busy! Currently, he is working on the list from last season and has already been swamped with service requests. If you are calling for Treemeister's expert service, here are a couple of things to expect and not expect.
Expect to wait and be put on a list.
Expect to leave a message (please include all your contact info).
Do not expect and exact date, sometimes jobs requests get done by size or location, not in the order received..then there is the weather! Patience is key!
Please feel free to contact us at anytime but kindly keep these things in mind.
Since this is a one man operation, do not expect clean up service.. you are paying for a tree climber, not a clean up crew although the price remains the same.

About Us

Rick Lessmeister is the heart and soul of Treemeister Tree Service. Reliable, professional with over 20 years of experience. We listen to our customers and work with them to address their needs. We have worked across Saskatchewan and have worked with other companies on Canada's west coast. Lately, we have been kept busy enough at home, we have not been travelling out of our local area. As often as work allows, we have a special guest climber in Scott Nyuli. When Scott travels from Salt Spring Island, B.C. to visit his Saskatchewan roots; Treemeister is more than happy to put him to work. Scott is an accomplished tree climber having worked worldwide and has been in the industry well over 20 years. We also recruit a few other regulars to help us out on bigger jobs.  

Services

We specialize in tree removals, in fact we almost exclusively only do removals. Our work has ranged from cleanup of old shelter belts to removals of 100+ year old trees lining city streets. Our work has also spanned over four seasons (weather permitting). Rick is a tree climber which allows him to get into much tighter spaces than a bucket truck or other equipment. Rigging of difficult pieces is done by hand with special techniques.
